Graveside Military Honors

   The Patriot Guard Riders received a request for flag line honors for a Vietnam Veteran by the name of Brett Keeney who passed at his home in Brandon, SD on September 8th, 2020 at the age of 69.  Brett, as it turns out has lived a very private life after leaving his years in Vietnam in the U.S. Army.  There is no known family members and he had few aquaintances.  We would very much like to honor him for his service to his and our country and give him a meaningful “Welcome Home” as he comes to his final resting place.

Miller Funeral Home will be bringing Mr. Keeney to the Hills of Rest Cemetery on East 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD for a 10:00 AM burial and we would like to stage at the Mauseleum by 9:30 AM then move to the grave site to stand with the flags.  The Legion Honor Guard will be handling Military Honors.

Flags will be provided.
