The family of Dennis J. Donovan has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor and show our respect to Mr. Donovan with a flag line in appreciation for his service to his and our great nation. Dennis enlisted in the United States Navy, proudly serving on the USS Denver as a Plank Owner during the Vietnam War, until earning his honorable discharge in 1972.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018, at St. Lambert Catholic Church, Sioux Falls, SD. Visitation with family present to greet friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, Sioux Falls. The visitation will be a “flags only” flag line.
Stage: 9:00 a.m., Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at St. Lambert Catholic Church, 1000 S. Bahnson Ave., Sioux Falls, SD. Burial will be at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
Please remember to dress for your comfort with the morning temps that we are having this time of the year and know that your safety comes first if you need to step off line to warm up. Flags will be provided.
