The Family Of Darrell Arthur Hoefert ( S.D. Army National Guard Veteran ) has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to share in Honoring Darrell for his Service To His Country. Darrell served in the South Dakota Army National Guard from 1961 to 1967. Darrell served as a demolition specialist with the Co. A – 153rd Engr. BN out of Woonsocket, SD and was activated & deployed to Ft. Carson Colorado.
Darrell is the Father of Wade Hoefert, Ride Captain for the DeSmet Area.
Visitation will be March 8, 2013 at Miller Funeral Chapel, 600 S. Western Ave., Hartford, SD from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM.
Family will be present from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Stage at Miller Funeral Home to stand flag line 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
**Funeral on March 9, 2013 at the United Methodist Church, 210 East Rd, Plankinton, SD at 1:00 PM.
Stage at 12:00 Noon in the Church Parking Lot to stand Flag line.
Following the Service an Escort will be provided to Plankinton Mizpah Cemetery for Internment with Military Honors.
Flags will be provided for both Missions.
