Funeral Mission
July 28 & 29, 2019

   The family of Donald Francis Hanisch has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Donald with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to his and our great nation.  Donald served in the United States Army from 1957 until receiving his Honorable Discharge in 1959.  He was stationed at Ft. Hood in Texas and also in Germany.  His service time was spent in the B Co.- 2nd Armored Rifle Battalion, 50th Infantry 4th Armored Division.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 29, 2019, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. Visitation with family present to greet friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 28 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls.  Flags will be placed by 4:00 PM for visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, prior to the arrival of the family.

   Stage: 9:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2019, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 901 N Tahoe Trail, Sioux Falls, SD.  Interment will take place at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Sioux Falls following the service at the church.

Flags will be provided.
