“Flags Only”/Funeral Mission

   The family of Stanley “Stan” Spear has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Stan” with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.  In 1976, Stan joined the United States Navy.  As Seaman Apprentice, Stan was assigned duty aboard the USS Coral Sea.  He served as a Gunner’s Mate and Electronic Equipment Repairman.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022 at George Boom Funeral Home and On-Site Crematory. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2022 at East Side Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, SD.
