Graveside/Military Honors

   The family of Paul D. Bangasser has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Paul, as he is laid to rest, with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.  In 1959, Paul enlisted in the U.S. Army National Guard.  He was stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma until his discharge in 1962.  Paul was active in several organizations including Commander and Finance Officer of the Renner American Legion Post 307 and also served on the Renner, SD Fire Department for 25 years.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21 at George Boom Funeral Home & Onsite Crematory in Sioux Falls, with a Liturgical Wake service beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Interment will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Sioux Falls.  Visitation will be “Flags Only”

Stage: 12:15 p.m., Friday, March 22nd at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, 3001 N. Cliff Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
