American Legion 605 Ride
for the Legion Foundation

   The American Legion Post 15 and the Post 15 Legion Riders have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in the fund raising event and the social/dinner.  We also have been invited to ride in and/or out with the 605 Riders on Sunday afternoon and/or Monday morning.

   The Legion Riders would like to invite the Patriot Guard to be part of this event too. Let me know if your members have any interest in attending the event or in assisting at the event in anyway. There are some riders who make the entire trip through the state with them. Then there will be others that will ride out to meet them to come into a town or ride out with them for a ways.

   In just 5 DAYS we will have past department commander Fred Nelson back in Sioux Falls on his second 605 Ride. This ride across the state raises $ for the legion foundation.

It is our hope that we would have participation to support this effort. Please share these with your “Legion Family” There are many ways to do that.

Pray for a safe ride and successful fundraiser.

Schedule to ride into Sioux Falls with them.

Make a reservation for the meal to show your support.  ($6.05 per person)

Volunteer for set up or clean up.

Volunteer to make a salad or dessert.

Schedule to ride out with them.

Consider a personal donation or one from your arm of the Legion Family. These can be given to the office and one “large check” will be created for the presentation and photo opportunity. Or you may present your own donation to Fred.  All attending will be in the photo. Wear your logo wear/gear.
