“Flags Only” Memorial Service

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Benjamin “Ben” Masselink to show our appreciation and respect to “Ben” with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country. Ben was drafted into the United States Army in 1952 and dutifully served his country in Korea. He was honorably discharged in 1956 after completing his 4 years of service.
A Memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7 at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7 at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date in Grand Prairie Cemetery in Elsworth, Minnesota. All elements of of this mission will be “Flags Only”.
Flags will be placed by 3:30p.m., Wednesday, May 7 at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.
