Funeral Mission & Military Honors

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Terry Corbin to show our appreciation and respect to Terry with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great Nation. In 1971, Terry answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Army. He served faithfully in Germany for three years, gaining lifelong discipline, perspective, and friendships. His military service remained a point of quiet pride throughout his life. After marriage and moving to Oklahoma to further his education, Terry returned to South Dakota to a life of service in Law Enforcement. He joined the Miner County Sheriff’s Department, where he served faithfully for 17 years. His calm demeanor, sense of fairness, and desire to help others made him a respected and trusted presence in the community.
Terry’s funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Victory Life Church, 701 E 60th Street N. Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Interment with military honors will be in the South Dakota State Veteran’s Cemetery, Sioux Falls. The Visitation and Memorial Service will both be “Flags Only”.
