   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Gerald “Turk” Pilker to show our appreciation and respect to “Turk” in honor of his service to his Community, State and Nation.  Turk joined the Army National Guard at Ft. Leonard Wood for six months and then he completed his training at Ft. Belvoir in Virginia. He remained active in the reserves.

Turk’s memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at George Boom Funeral Home.  Burial will take place at a later date at Reliance Cemetery in Reliance, South Dakota.

Flags will be placed at the funeral home on Saturday in honor of Turk’s service.
