“Flags Only” Memorial Mission

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Ryan “Chub” Eitreim to show our appreciation and respect to Ryan with flags posted in honor of his service to his and our great country.  In 1993 Ryan enlisted in the United States Air Force.  He served at the Incirlik Air Force base in Turkey and at Kwang Ju Air Base, Republic of Korea.  He served four years with the Air Force and received his Honorable Discharge.

His Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls. Visitation with the family present will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Military Honors will be at the funeral home following the Memorial Service.  Burial will take place at Summit Hill Cemetery in Garretson, SD, at a later date.

Flags will be posted by 11:30 a.m. at George Boom Funeral Home.
