Memorial Service/Military Honors

The family of Angela “Angi” J. Juhl has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Angi” with flags showing our appreciation and respect for her service to her community, state and great Nation.
After Angi completed her education, she spent some time traveling around the country. She then decided that the U.S. Army would be her next step in life and after completing her military training she became a member of the SD Army National Guard. When she completed her service requirements and received her Honorable Discharge she returned home. She used her GI Bill to attend Black Hills Beauty College and eventually opened her own salon in Yankton, SD.
A Visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Heartland Funeral Home in Brandon, SD. A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Military Honors will be done in the parking lot of the Heartland Funeral Home following the Memorial Service. Burial will be at a later date.
STAGE: 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 18th at Heartland Funeral Home, 1801 Frontier Street ,Brandon, SD.
Flags will be provided at the Funeral Home.
