U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Petty Officer 1st Class, Billy Jo Heep will be leaving from Sioux Falls Airport on Jan. 27th, 2013 at 4:40 pm. He is mobilizing with the SEABEES that we sent off earlier.  Lets give this Sailor a nice PGR send off.
