B. H. National Cemetery

1. The family of Travis Dean Clarke, U.S. Navy Seabee Equipment Operator Chief (Retired) has requested Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders stand a flag line at his inurnment service at Black Hills National Cemetery. Chief Clark tragically died in an Oklahoma car accident in December 2025. Funeral services were held in Oklahoma during January 2026.

Flag mission details are:

a. Location: Black Hills National Cemetery (BHNC)
b. Date: Friday, 10 April 2026
c. Time: 11:00 AM
d. Staging location: Inside BHNC on road between service flags and burial section D. BHNC staff advise there is another service just before our mission.
e. Staging time: 10:40 AM
f. Set Flag Line: 10:55 AM
g. Mission complete when inurnment service is finished.
2. Flags provided by South Dakota Patriot Guard.
3. Long range weather forecast shows a high of 56 degrees and 23% chance of rain.
