Committal w/Military Honors
August 15, 2025

   The family of Robert (Bob) Sterud has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Bob” with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.   In 1961, Bob enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, proudly serving during the Vietnam War.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 15, 2025 at Peace Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.  Interment with Military Honors will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester at 2:00 PM.  Visitation and the Funeral Service will be “Flags Only”

STAGE: 1:30 PM, Friday August 15th at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester, SD. (1/4 Mi W. from Hywys 15 & 52  Intersection S. of Chester.)

Flags will be provided.
