South Dakota Patriot Guard Riders

Funeral Mission for:
March 27 & 28, 2025
Scotland, SD

   The family of Rendell “Randy” Schelske has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Randy” with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to his community, state and our great Nation.  After finishing high school, Randy entered the SD Army National Guard in 1970 and served for 6 years in the Springfield, SD Division.

The Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, March 28, 2025 at Zion Lutheran Church, 321 Stafford Street, Scotland, SD.  Visitation will be 5 to 7 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Zion Lutheran Church, Scotland, SD with a Scripture service at 7:00 PM.  Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery, Scotland, SD.  Visitation and the Funeral Service will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 1:30 PM, Friday, March 28th at Rosehill Cemetery,  Rosehill Cemetery, HWY 25 & 292nd(N.4th) St. Scotland, SD.

Flags will be provided.  Questions concerning the mission can be addressed with the mission Ride Captain.
