Military Honors & Burial

  The family of Robert “Bob” Miller has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Bob” with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.  While living in Rapid City, Bob joined the US Air Force in 1971.  During his time in the service, he was named Airman of the Year, was stationed in Alaska, and became a Staff Sergeant.  In 1975 Bob was honorably discharged and moved back to Sioux Falls.

Bob’s memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at George Boom Funeral Chapel in Brandon, SD.  The Graveside service with Military Honors will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the South Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls, SD.  The Memorial Service will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, October 3rd at the South Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Rural Sioux Falls, SD.
