Burial/Military Honors

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of James “Dean” Hayes to show our appreciation and respect to “Dean” with a flag line in honor of his service to his community, state and our great country.  Dean served his country in the South Dakota Air National Guard and retired as a Master Sergeant after over 25 years of dedicated service.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 24, 2024, at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.  Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, June 23, 2024, also at the funeral home.  Burial with Military Honors will be at Mt Pleasant Cemetery following the funeral service.  Visitation and the Funeral Service will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 10:45 a.m., Monday, June 24th at Mt Pleasant Cemetery, 2001 E. 12th St., Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
