Burial/Military Honors

  The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Larry D. Wallenstein to show our appreciation and respect to Larry with a flag line in honor of his service to our country.  Following high school graduation in 1964, Larry enlisted into the United States Navy where he served until receiving his honorable discharge in 1968.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025 at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.  His family will be present to greet friends for visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 8, 2025 also at the funeral home.  Internment in Hills of Rest Cemetery will follow the funeral.  Visitation and the funeral will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 2:30 p.m., Monday, June 9th at Hills of Rest Cemetery, 3408 E. 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD.  Enter the cemetery through the gate in the rear parking lot at George Boom Funeral Home.

Flags will be provided.
