POW/MIA 14th Annual Program

Sioux Falls, SD

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited again this year to assist in honoring and remembering our Prisoners of War and those Missing in Action.  The program will be held at the Sioux Falls Veterans’ Memorial Park at 6:30 pm on Friday, September 19th.

This program will include a special event.  The remains of Colonel Walter Renelt have been identified after 56 years.   The POW/MIA flag that has been flown for him with the other six POW/MIA flags at the previous programs will be retired to his family at this event.

   Stage:  5:30 pm, Friday, September 19th, 2025 at the Sioux Falls Veterans Memorial Park, 1021 W. Bailey St., Sioux Falls, SD.  (or come when you can after work)  We will start posting flags at the park before or by 5:30 pm.

***In case of stormy weather, the program will be moved to the Alliance, 1600/1700 W. Russell  St., Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
