Funeral Mission
March 20 & 21, 2019

   An invitation by the family of Jerome R. Andersen for a flag line honoring Jerome for his service to his country has been received  by the Patriot Guard Riders.  The PGR will show our appreciation and respect by fulfilling this request.  Jerome entered the U.S. Army on October 6, 1955 and served in Germany for two years. Following his honorable discharge on September 12, 1957, he returned to South Dakota.

The funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 21 at East Side Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.  Visitation begins at 5:00 PM Wednesday, March 20 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls, where the family will greet friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Visitation will be a “Flags Only” flag line.

   Stage:  11:30 AM, Thursday, March 21st at East Side Lutheran Church, 1300 E. 10th St. Sioux Falls, SD.  Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.

Flags will be provided.
