The family of Gary Cummings has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Gary with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation. Gary proudly served in the U.S. Army before embarking on a successful career where he worked for43 years as a microbiologist at Avera McKennan Hospital.
A celebration of Gary’s life will take place on Tuesday, September 19th at 2:00 PM at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery following the service. His family will be present to greet friends for visitation on Monday, September 18th evening at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The Visitation and Memorial Service will be “Flags Only”.
