The family of William “Bill” Kluckman has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Bill” with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation. After high school, Bill went to Dakota State University for a semester before going to Basic Training for the Air National Guard. In the Fall of 1974, he started working full-time at the South Dakota Air National Guard in Sioux Falls. He started in Finance and eventually transferred to Contracting where he worked until his retirement. After 36 years 11 months and 21 days Bill retired as a Senior Master Sergeant on January 1, 2007.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Sunday, October 15, 2023 at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls, SD. His memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October 16, 2023 at Hilltop United Methodist Church. Graveside services with Military Honors will be 11:00 AM, Monday, October 16, 2023 at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Sioux Falls. The Visitation and Memorial Service will be “Flags Only”.
STAGE: 10:30 AM, Monday, October 16th at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Sioux Falls. Enter the cemetery through the gate in the rear parking lot at George Boom Funeral Home.
Flags will be provided.
