   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Ronald “Ron” Hayes to show our appreciation and respect to Ron with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country.  Ron served with the South Dakota Army National Guard for 20-years obtaining the rank of Captain before his retirement in 2008 and was proud of his service in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at George Boom Funeral Home.  His family will be present to greet friends for a memorial visitation on Friday at the funeral home in Sioux Falls from 5:00 PM-7:30 PM.  Burial with Military Honors will be at St. Michael Cemetery in Sioux Falls following the Memorial Service.  Visitation and the Memorial Service will be “flags only”.

   Stage: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 28th at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, 3001 N. Cliff Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
