Internment/Visitation/Celebration of Life

   The family of Daniel “Dan” Sterner has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor “Dan” with a flag line showing our appreciation, honor and respect for his service to our great Nation.  Dan enlisted in the United States Navy in 1969 until 1975 and served on the USS William R Rush for over two years  during the Vietnam Era.

ITINERARY
   Internment, with Military Honors, will be at the South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery, Sioux Falls at 3:00 PM on Friday, December 5th, 2025 at the George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.

   Visitation will be held from 4:30 – 6:30 PM, Friday, December 5th, 2025 at the George Boom Funeral Home, with family present.  “Flags Only”

   Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the George Boom Funeral Home.  “Flags Only”

   Stage: 2:30 PM, Friday, December 5th at South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery, 25965 477th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
