The family of Bruce A. Hoffman has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Bruce with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation. Bruce served in the US Military as a Marine and later joined the SD Army National Guard, retiring in 1993. During his service, Bruce served in several countries, including Germany, Korea, England, Okinawa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq. After retiring, he mentored veterans at the Sioux Falls Vets Center, where his kindness and compassion shone through.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls. The family will be present to greet friends for a Memorial Visitation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. The Visitation and Memorial Service will be “Flags Only”.
