The family of Shaun D. Daggitt has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Shaun with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation. Shaun deployed to The Marine Corps for basic training with his best friend in 2006. During his time in the Marine Corps, he became a Lance Corporal Rifleman and was given multiple awards for his bravery. In 2010, having completed his time in the U.S. Marine Corps, Shaun returned home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls, SD with burial and military honors to follow at the South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls. His family will be present to greet friends for visitation on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM also at the funeral home. Visitation and the funeral will be “Flags Only”.
