Internment/Military Honors

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Duane Henry Bartmann to show our appreciation and respect to Duane with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country. Duane was drafted into the United States Army. Duane served during the Vietnam Era from February 1969 to February 1971. He attended technical school at Ft. Dix, NJ and was later stationed in Germany where he furthered his education and training in Diesel Mechanics.
Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30am on Monday, August 26, 2024, at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Montrose, SD. Visitation will begin at 5pm on Sunday August 25, 2024, with a 7pm prayer service at St. Patrick’s. The visitation and funeral mass will be “Flags Only”.
Stage: 11:15 am, Monday, August 26th at St. Patricks Catholic Cemetery, 255th St (Fuller Avenue), Montrose, SD.
Flags will be provided.
