Distinguished Flying Cross Presentation Ceremony
August 29th, 2024
Montrose, SD

   The Patriot Guard has been requested by the American Legion Ruste-Waul Post 154 in Montrose, SD to participate in honoring John “Mike” Michael Knox at his Distinguished Flying Cross Presentation Ceremony.  Mike will be receiving the award for actions that were above and beyond the call of duty as a crewmember on a UH-1C “Huey” gunship during the ’68 Tet Offensive in Veitnam.

Stage: 1:30 pm, Thursday, August 29th, 2024 at American Legion Ruste-Waul Post 154, 201 W MAIN ST , Montrose, SD.

The program will be in the American Legion hall.

Flags will be provided.
