Very Short Notice
Funeral Mission
October 15 & 16, 2026
Montrose, SD

The family of John J. Gill has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor John with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to his and our great Nation.  John served in the United States Army in Korea from 1966-1968.

Funeral mass will begin at 10:30 am on Friday, October, 16th at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Montrose.  Burial will follow at the church cemetery.  Visitation with family present will be held from 6:00 pm – 7 pm on Thursday, October 15th with a prayer service to begin at 7 pm, also at the church.  All elements of this Funeral Mission will be “Flags Only”.
