The family of Glenn Halverson respectfully requests the S.D. Patriot Guard Riders to Honor and remember the life of their father, husband, and family member at his funeral on Wednesday March 7, at 10:30 am, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 512 3rd St. SW, De Smet, SD.
Glenn served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1951-1954. During that time he worked in the shipyards in Alaska and Oregon.
The Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Osthus Funeral Home, 208 3rd St. SW, De Smet, SD.
Two part Mission:
Visitation – Stage Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the funeral home at 4:00 pm for the briefing and setting of the flag line. Flag line flags will be provided.
Funeral – Stage Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 9:15 am for the briefing at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 512 3rd St. SW, De Smet, SD. Flags line flags will be provided.

The directions to the funeral home are from Hwy 25 and Hwy 14. Go 2 Blocks north and turn left (west) and it is the 2nd building on the north side. The church is 3 blocks west of the funeral home on the same street.
