The wife and family of Walt Hinkel respectfully request the assistance of the S.D. Patriot Guard Riders in the remembrance of their father,husband, and family member that has passed away. Walt served his country in the U.S. Army from 1942-1945.
The Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, March 27th at Osthus Funeral Home, De Smet, SD (from S.D. Hwy 25 and U.S. Hwy 14. Go North 2 Blocks and turn left second place on north side of road). Need to be at the church for set up between 4:00 – 4:30 PM. Stand flag line as the weather permits. Flags will be provided.
The Funeral will be at 10:30 AM Wednesday, March 28th at St.Thomas Catholic Church, De Smet, SD (3 blocks west of Osthus Funeral Home) with burial to follow. Set up will be at 10 AM. Flags will be provided.
The burial will be leaving De Smet about 11:30 AM heading west to Iroquois. Burial at Iroquois Cemetary.
