The family of Richard Cannon has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand flag line at the Opsahl Kostel Funeral Home, and share in honoring Richard for his service to his Country on April 26th, 2014.
Richard served during the Korean War in the United States Air Force.
Ride Captain Dave Abbott will be putting up Flags on rebar at the Funeral Home Saturday morning starting at 9:30 am. Anyone available to help him – contact Dave at 605-661-6233. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Family will be arriving at 10:00 am and be present for the visitation & Funeral.
Funeral Service 2:00 pm, April 26, 2014, at Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home – 601 west 21st St., Yankton, S.D.
We will physically be standing flag line starting at 1:00 pm (one hour prior to the Funeral Service).
STAGE – at Funeral Home 1:00 pm for short briefing.
Flags will be provided.
Following the Service there will be military rites outside of the Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date at Garden of Memories.
