Flag Line for Interment Service

   1.  The family of U.S. Navy veteran James Richard Anderson has requested Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders provide an escort from Kirk’s Funeral Home to Black Hills National Cemetery and flag line for his interment service.

   Mission details are:

   Tuesday, 20 June 2023
1:45 PM: Stage at Korean War Memorial inside Black Hills National Cemetery.
2:00 PM: Set flag line and interment service starts.
2:30 PM: Service completed and flag line stands down. Mission complete.

   2.  Flags will be provided.

   3. The weather forecast for 20 June show a high of 80 degrees and 39% chance of rain.

   Note: American Legion Riders will be providing a four (4) rider motorcycle escort from Rapid City to Black Hills National Cemetery. Escort is limited to four (4) riders as the route includes eight (8) miles of major construction work on heavily traveled I-90.
