  The family of MacKay Smith has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line with the American Legion Riders at the Black Hills National Cemetery and share in honoring Mackay for his service to his Country on September 3, 2015.  Mackay served his country in the United States Army.   

  Burial will be at the Black Hills National Cemetery at 11:00 AM.  **Sturgis area personal stage at the VFW Memorial Chapel across from Black Hills National Cemetery at 10:40 AM for briefing.  ***Rapid City Personal meet at the Windmill Truck Stop at 9:45 AM with Kick Stands up at 10:00 AM.  Large flags will be mounted at the Chapel.  Flags will be provided.
