Word of the sudden passing of Roger Williams Jr. has been sent to the Patriot Guard Riders. “Junior” was a member of the SD Patriot Guard Riders along with his mother Linda, now deceased, and his father, Roger Sr. “Junior” was well known in the Sioux Falls area and actively worked with many service organizations in support of their causes. He also had been an employee of Wells Fargo for many years.
There will be a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at River Community Church, 511 E. 7th Street, Dell Rapids, SD. The SDPGR would like to honor “Junior” for his support of the Patriot Guard Riders and his life of service to his community. We also need to show our support to his father, Roger Sr., who has been a strong supporter of our missions over the years.
We will stage at 1:30 PM, Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at River Community Church, 511 E. 7th Street, Dell Rapids, SD. We will be standing with Patriot Guard Flags outside of the church. We have several PGR flags available but if you have one and can attend please bring yours if you plan to stand with the flag line. Because Roger was not a veteran no United States flags will be used in the flag line.
