Memorial Day Program

   The SD Patriot Guard has been contacted with a request for our assistance at the SD Veterans Cemetery on Memorial Day morning.  The cemetery staff would like the Patriot Guard to help with directing those that will be attending the Memorial Day Program, to also help with the parking and to assist with the outbound traffic after the program.  The Memorial Day Program will start at 8:30 am and those attending will start arriving by around  7:30 am.  We would like to have at least 6 t0 8 members to help.

Stage 7:00 am, Monday, May 29th at the SD Veterans’ Cemetery office for a briefing by the cemetery staff.

Our flags will be placed by the Committal by the cemetery staff the morning of the program, weather permitting.  If the weather is not allowing the program to be outside, the program will be moved to the Alliance and our assistance will not be needed.
