In reference to our Statewide Meet and Greet the following is the information:
We will meet on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 11 AM at the
Mitchell Legion Hall: 121 N. Main St, Mitchell, SD.
We will be having a meeting with a meal that will cost YOU ! $7.50 which is per person eating and attending meeting / social !
The meal will be Roast Beef or Turkey Sandwiches, Potato Salad, 3 Bean salad, and Macroni salad, with 3 different types of bars, fountain pop, water, and coffee.
We will have access to the Meeting room until 4 PM at which time we will either move upstairs to main room or move to another location.
This was done in an effort to keep costs down as much as we can ! I still think we will have as much fun as we want to have.
Now for rooms for those that want to stay:
Super 8 Motel at 1700 S. Burr (which is exit 332)has a block of 40 rooms set aside for us under SDPGR. So when you call them at 605-996-9678 and ask for LaRee or just tell the person that answers that you need a room underSDPGRand then everything is put under your name. The rooms will cost $45 for a single bed or $49 for double bed room. The Super 8 also has a swimming pool. This is the cheapest and the also the nicest for the price that we could do. Once again, just trying to make this affordable for everyone.
So please, please e-mail Ride Captain Wade Hoefert at hoefman421@gmail.com with a number of people for the food count by no later than March 9th. You are responsible for the rooms. If you have e-mailed or called Wade please do it again as that was an attentive number now we need concrete numbers for food!
Also, If you are a Ride Captain, Sr. Ride Captain, State and Assistant State Captain wear your colors so people can see who you are !!
All SDPGR members please wear your vest to show people who we are !

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Social time
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Meet and Greet with meal and presentaion
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Meet at Klock Werks, 915 S. Kimball St., Mitchell, SD, or you can check them out at : www.kustombaggers.com for a tour.
After the tour you will be on your own to do what you want.
