   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Douglas “Doug” Greenwood to show our appreciation and respect to “Doug” with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country.  Doug joined the United States Air Force in September 1970.  Over the next twenty years, he would serve all over the United States and in several other countries; Thailand, Guam, Korea and Germany.

Memorial visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2023, at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.  Graveside services with military honors will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 15, 2023, at the South Dakota Veteran’s Cemetery in rural Sioux Falls.  A memorial service will follow at 11:30 a.m., on Friday at Memorial Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls.  Visitation and the Memorial Service will be “Flags Only”.
