“Flags Only” Funeral Mission/Burial
August 11 & 12, 2023
Sioux Falls, SD

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Stephen J. Johnson to show our appreciation and respect to Stephen with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country.  He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War from September 20, 1967, until his honorable discharge on September 19, 1973.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 12, 2023, at First Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, with Interment at 10:00 AM at Hills of Rest Cemetery, Sioux Falls.  Visitation with the family present will be from 6-7:30 PM Friday, August 11, 2023, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls.  All elements of this mission will be “Flags Only”.
