“Flags Only” Memorial Mission
May 18 & 19, 2022
Sioux Falls, SD

   The family of Roger Dean Stoakes has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Roger with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.  Roger enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served two tours in Vietnam before earning his Honorable Discharge.

Memorial visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls.  Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022, also at the funeral home.  Military Honors will also be at the funeral home prior to departure for the Interment at the Slayton Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Slayton, Minnesota.
