South Dakota Patriot Guard Riders

Visitation, Funeral and Graveside Honors
July 8th, 9th & 10th, 2018
Sioux Falls, SD

   The children of Jack R. Anderson have requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor him with a flag line with respect and appreciation for his service to his and our great country.  Jack was inducted into the United States Army in June 1951. He was assigned to the 7th Division and drafted into the Korean War as a forward observer-radio dispatcher. He was honorably discharged from the Army in March 1953.

Mass of Christian Burial Services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Church of St. Mary in Sioux Falls. Visitation with family present to greet friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 8 at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, Sioux Falls. A Vigil Service will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.  Graveside Services with full Military Honors will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 10 at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Sioux Falls.

   Stage for Funeral: 9:00 a.m., Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Church of St. Mary,  2109 S 5th Ave, Sioux Falls, SD.  The flags will be placed for visitation by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8 at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, 3408 E. 10th St. Sioux Falls, SD and by 9:30 a.m. for Military Honors on Tuesday, July 10 at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, 3001 N Cliff Avenue Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided for all elements of the mission.
