Funeral Mission
July 22 & 23, 2018

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Ronald J. Powell to show our honor and appreciation for his service to his country.  He was a communication officer in the U.S. Navy from 1955-1959 and 1961-1965. He also bowled on the Navy bowling league and won many trophies, during his service years.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 23, 2018, at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, Sioux Falls. Visitation with family present to greet friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 22, will also be at George Boom Funeral Home & Crematory, Sioux Falls.  Flags will be placed by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for the visitation.

Stage for the funeral:  12:30 p.m., Monday, July 23, 2018 at George Boom Funeral Home, 3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD.  Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2001 S. Cliff Ave., Sioux Falls, SD following the funeral service.

Flags will be provided at the funeral home and for the interment.
