Graveside/Military Honors
September 25 & 26, 2023

  The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Dennis Lee Fowlds to show our appreciation and respect to Dennis with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country.  On July 31, 1964, Dennis enlisted in the United States Navy and then, later worked alongside the Marines on the front lines in Vietnam for 13 months.  He received the Vietnam Service Medal and Navy Accommodation Medal.  He was honorably discharged on September 8, 1967.

Public Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m., on Monday, September 25, 2023, at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Graveside Services and Military Honors will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Mt Pleasant Cemetery, Sioux Falls.  Public Visitation and Prayer Service will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 26th, at Mt Pleasant Cemetery, 2001 E. 12th St., Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
