Graveside/Military Honors
November 3 & 4, 2024

   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Gerrit N. Dresselhuis to show our appreciation and respect to Gerrit with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country.  Gerrit joined the U.S. Army in 1962 and finished his enlistment in 1967.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 4th at St. Michael Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. Visitation will be 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 3rd at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls, with a Liturgical Wake service at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Visitation and Mass of Christian Burial will be “Flags Only”.

Stage: 12:30 p.m., Monday, November 4th, in St. Michael Cemetery, 3001 N. Cliff Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD.

Flags will be provided.
