The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Robert Paul Dieren to show our appreciation and respect to Robert with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great country. Robert enlisted in the United States Navy in January 1967 and was attached to the United States Marine Corps as a Corpsman during his assignment in Vietnam where he served until earning his Honorable Discharge in January of 1968. He was a member the VFW, American Legion, DAV and VVA.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 26, 2022, at St. Lambert Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. Memorial visitation with family present will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls. These services will be “Flags Only”. Burial at Hills of Rest Cemetery following Mass of Christian Burial will be with a flag line.
Stage; 11:45 a.m. Thursday, May 26th at the Hills of Rest Cemetery, on East 10th St. Enter the cemetery through the gate in the rear parking lot at George Boom Funeral Home.
Flags will be provided.
