The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested by the family of Glen A. Johnson to show our appreciation and respect to Glen with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great Nation. Glen enlisted in the Air Force in 1951. Training at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX as an Air craft electrician. After completing his training he was stationed at Ellsworth Air force base for the remainder of his Active Duty. Glen continued his military career with the SD Air National Guard, serving 25 years and retiring in 1979.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 15, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tea, SD. Visitation with family present will be from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Tea. Flags will be placed by 3:30 PM on Sunday for visitation.
Stage: 9:30 AM, Monday, April 15, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 335 W. 1st St., Tea, SD. Burial with Military Honors will be at Hills of Rest Cemetery at 2:00 PM following the lunch at the church.
Flags will be provided for all elements of this mission.
