Ok! New Information: We are going to have some fun before the solemn program for our Fallen Heroes begins.
Here’s the time line: From Marlin’s at the Tea exit (I-29 exit 73) truck stop, we will leave there at 4:00 pm instead of 4:30 pm. Then we’ll stop at the truck stop at the Vermillion exit; I-29 exit 26.
There we will meet up with the Legion Riders from Le Mars and other PGR members. We will leave there at 5:00’ish pm and pull into the Freedom gas station on the north side of the road on the east side of Vermillion. Those coming from the west can meet us at the Freedom station.
This is the fun part: At the Freedom gas station we will flag-up and ride an escorted route in and around Vermillion and end up at Old Main where we’ll park the bikes and get ready for the program at 6:00 pm. More info and specifics at the Freedom gas station briefing.
Weather forecast on Monday in the Vermillion area is a lot better than the Sioux Falls forecast, so don’t let a little rain keep you from riding, only you know your limitations, ride safe.
