SOUTH DAKOTA KIA SILENT VIGIL PROGRAM

The South Dakota Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders will again be standing a Silent Vigil on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2019. We will be standing vigil at the grave sites of every South Dakota member of our military that has been Killed in Action or died in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom. The vigil will take place at 3 pm and last for 30 Minutes. There may be more than one individual at each site and family members of the fallen soldier may be present also.
Flags will be provided
We will need individuals at BH National Cemetery (8), and Mt. View Cemetery Rapid City (1). If you’re willing and able to attend, please email me at eandershsdpgr@midco.net and let me know where you will be standing. I can then e-mail you a strip map. I will be around the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in my blue Suburban.
