South Dakota State Fair
        Sherwin Linton and the Cotton Kings, along with The South Dakota State Fair Manager, has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to Share in Honoring our Veterans on Veterans Appreciation Day September 1 ,2016 by flying our 30 X 50 American Flag on a Rosenbauer Fire Truck.  
         The Flag will be raised at 9:45am on Sept.1st at the Centennial Stage (Enter at Gate 6 on the west side of the fair grounds) as Sherwin Linton sings the National Anthem over the public address system and it will remain up until 6:00pm.  On September 2, 2016 it will again be raised at 9:45am and will be taken down at 5:00pm.
          For those of us who were at the Sioux Empire Fair – you will remember Sherwin Linton did a short promotional comment at the end of each show supporting the Patriot Guard Riders.
          Sherwin Linton will be performing at the Centennial Stage Playing Patrotic songs thru out the day as our flag flies overhead.
          On September 1st all Veterans with Military ID get in Free – and I have a few passes for those who are not Veterans so they can come and help us put up the flag and take it down.  Please contact me ASAP so I know who can help with this Event.   Thanks in advance.
